Anthony Graber being pulled over by copBack in March of this year, Anthony Graber was pulled over for doing 80 in a 60 while cruising down I-95. Before being pulled over, the Maryland Air National Guard Staff Sergeant had been filming his ride. In addition to filming his ride, he also taped getting pulled over or in this case getting cut off by an unmarked car. In Graber’s video you can see that after he was cut off by the unmarked vehicle, a crazy plain clothed officer exits the vehicle with his pistol drawn. You would think news surrounding this situation would concern how this State Police officer acted and the disciplinary action he was facing.  But that’s not the case. It’s Anthony Graber who is in trouble and is now facing up to 16 years in prison for posting the video on online.  A grand jury has indicted Graber for apparently violating Maryland’s wiretap laws. Graber is scheduled to appear in court in October.

  1. Wow! That is pretty crazy, I suppose he may have violated the law by posting online but I really hope that the cop is punished for the way he acted as well. Pretty ridiculous situation all in all.
